Bre first became interested in yoga as an undergrad where she would attend the free classes offered on campus. She found that yoga was her preferred way of eliminating stress and anxiety and quickly developed a daily practice. She knew early on that she wanted to teach yoga to share its therapeutic benefits. As her practice grew she became interested in every facet of Yoga, including Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and the origin of modern yoga. Bre completed her 200 hour teacher training with YogaWorks, under the tutelage of Jodie Rufty.

One of Emily's biggest passions in life is teaching Zumba Fitness and Zumba Toning! Emily loves to watch the positive transformations it has on those who come to class.  The awesome music and easy to follow steps always lead to smiles and a great calorie burn.  Emily's positive outlook and upbeat personality make the class fun and it will keep you coming back for more!
