This is a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. This class will feature low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party! Come join the party!
Crafted to provide a total body workout through intensity and progression. This class will push you past your plateaus using your own body weight. Each participant will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and experience an increased after burn.
Target zones, including arms, core and lower body by adding resistance using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights). This class will focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
An easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Great for the active older adult and young adults looking for low-intensity, but fun workout.

BARRE FuZion combines ballet inspired moves, pilates, yoga and cardio training.
This class uses high repetitions with isometric holds, that will be sure to tone, tighten and develop lean muscles. Some equipment will be used, including small handheld weights for sculpting, ballet bar, resistance bands and mini-exercise balls.
Easy to follow moves that focus on all those areas that need flattened, toned, tucked and lifted.
FIRE UP, is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training ) class that combines core, strength training, and cardio intervals to promote muscular endurance and cardio health. Using a combination of body weight exercises, resistance bands and free weights...no two workouts will ever look the same!
This yoga class is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where participants fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. The studio will be heated.
The main focus is on the core!
