Zumba Fitness

This is a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. This class will feature low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party! Come join the party!


STRONG By Zumba

Crafted to provide a total body workout through intensity and progression. This class will push you past your plateaus using your own body weight. Each participant will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and experience an increased after burn.

Zumba Toning

Target zones, including arms, core and lower body by adding resistance using Zumba®​ ​ Toning Sticks (or light weights). This class will focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!  

Low Impact Zumba

An easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Great for the active older adult and young adults looking for low-intensity, but fun workout.

Zumba Gold Chair

Provides modified, low-impact moves and easy-to-follow pacing for those looking to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion in a seated position. Each participant will have chair support to safely perform a variety of fun moves! 

R.I.P.P.E.D

“One Stop Body Shock,” class combines Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Core training into a challenging but effective workout! Light to heavy weights or resistance bands will be used.  

Belly Dancing Body Fitness

An unique workout,  that uses simple belly dancing moves for fitness focusing on the core! Each class is a low impact workout complete with BDBF drills and simple choreography to Arabic rhythms and amazing tribal beats will leave you feeling beautiful and empowered!

Belly Dancing Body Fitness Boot Camp (BDBFBC)

Similar to Belly Dancing Body Fitness but this unique workout promotes fat loss and increases cardiovascular efficiency while integrating simple belly dance moves into the fitness mix.

BARRE FuZion

BARRE FuZion combines ballet inspired moves, pilates, yoga and cardio training.
This class uses high repetitions with isometric holds, that will be sure to tone, tighten and develop lean muscles. Some equipment will be used, including small handheld weights for sculpting, ballet bar, resistance bands and mini-exercise balls.

FIRE UP Boot Camp

FIRE UP, is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training ) class that combines core, strength training, and cardio intervals to promote muscular endurance and cardio health. Using a combination of body weight exercises, resistance bands and free weights...no two workouts will ever look the same!

Power Vinyasa Yoga

Meditative Yoga

This Meditative Yoga class has been designed to help you develop a consistent meditation practice.  We will use breath work, asana and explore traditional meditation methods throughout this 60 minute practice. Part yoga, part meditation and part discussion.  A class that encourages self introspection and connection to  community.
